Our negative certificate is written in English.
A doctor's examination is required to issue a negative certificate. We will give you a negative certificate directly after the test result is known, so we will consult you at that time. In addition, please be sure to bring your passport as the negative certificate will be invalidated if there is a mistake in the description.
The negative certificate of our hospital is the [valid "pre-departure inspection certificate" format] specified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan and also It conforms to the[Format of inspection certificate specified by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare].
